Frankincense is a highly versatile essential oil that can be used on dogs and people. Its stimulating honey-like, woodsy aroma increases spiritual awareness, promotes meditation, improves attitude, and uplifts the spirit. It is best known for its anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, and antidepressant properties.

Topical: Apply essential oil and carrier oil to your hands and rub together until a varying amount is left (or completely absorbed for smaller animals). Then use your hands to pet the animal. This technique can be used all over the body or concentrated on a specific location.
Diffuse: Start by adding 3-5 drops to a diffuser and allow it to run for 30 minutes at a time. Diffuse in an area of your home where pets can come and go as they please.
Other: Use Frankincense topically over areas where internal cancerous tumors exist or on external cancerous tumors. Apply neat, then dilute if required. Can be used in conjunction with Ledum, Lavender, Citrus oil of choice, or Clove.
People
Topical: Dilution is not required, except for the most sensitive skin. Apply 2-4 drops on location, chakras, and/or Vita Flex points.
Diffuse: Start by adding 3-5 drops to a diffuser and allow it to run for 30 minutes at time. Gradually increase to 8-10 drops and diffuse up to 1 hour at a time, 3 times daily.
Other: Add Frankincense to daily moisturizer to promote healthy-looking, even-toned skin.
Carrier Oil Options
We suggest using V-6 Vegetable Oil Complex from Young Living, but you can also use sweet almond oil or MCT oil.
